That's a good lookin' maintenance set that you picked up Rod and it should spice up what you've already have for this build.

WOW, that is an ambitious build but it is going to be sweet when you're done.
There is no way I could do that complex of a build in the time left in the group build, I admire someone who can.

Very nice work on the engine Rod. You achieved a nice dusty field use look.

I assembled the first Panther and I won't add the air intake grilles because I want to attach the anti-aircraft armor (and I didn't buy them either :-) ). The model has some flaws due to the soft plastic utilized for the molds, but it looks good enough although it lacks the accuracy and detail of other brands such as Tamiya. by Rodolfo Masti, on Flickr by Rodolfo Masti, on Flickr by Rodolfo Masti, on Flickr by Rodolfo Masti, on Flickr by Rodolfo Masti, on Flickr by Rodolfo Masti, on Flickr

You did alot of good detailing and weathering on that Maybach engine Rod. The entire hull looks pretty dang spiffy as well and I'm looking forward to seeing what you do for the anti-aircraft armor.
I must say that after seeing some of the ICM kits that I have, that it still doesn't measure up to the Tamiya like standards in terms of detailing.

Sorry completely missed the start of this. That's coming on very nicely indeed and that engine looks the business.
Very well done.

Installing the anti-aircraft armour (a real nightmare...) and the first coat of paint ... That aircraft armor does look pretty tough to deal with. This is turning out to be a really good show!
