Sweet! That kit is on my wish list. I am not too crazy about the listed price and I hope it is worth it. I'd love for you to post your build process here too.

I’m in on this one. I’m sure this kit is light years better than the older Tamiya offering.

That is a great looking kit, looking forward to seeing what you do with it. Looks like lots of freedom to play around with the presentation.

hi everyone so patience is a virtue when building this kit , lots of small parts and one should follow the instructions. I have since bought the Eduard Etch brass for the AFV Club M16, mainly because it has some finer details I can add to my model so this is where i am today not much but very fiddley

My best friend who build 72nd plane tried to build a 1/35 AFV Club M40 SP, 155MM tracked gun.....he shelved it. I told him he started with one of the worst kits a noob in armor can start with. It has been my observation that AFV Club while well detailed and look awesome are not for the fient of heart. If it can be done as a half the 35 pieces must be better. All said and done I love the intricacies of AFV kits .....just don't make them my bread and butter kits. Keeping an eye on this thread as I really would like to tackle this unusual offering. Kudos

Kudos I agree but not all afv kits are a nightmare to build but must admit they are better then dragon i have several bad experiences with bad fitting with kits. I must say the MGS is alot easier to build then M34

AFV Club. Why engineer an assembly in 3-5 pieces when we can do it in 15-20.... Too bad that on many kits that they make, they are the only game in town in 1/35.

hi all so I finished the first two parts of the build. first was to complete gearbox and transfer box , man that was fiddley right chassis , careful there is two types in the kit early and late, early is Grey , follow the instructions which uses the green set for a late hull. must be M15A1 coming with early suspension. Be careful and test fit the rear part which fits inside of the chassis rails i had to mnodify mine to fit , once done it looks good so the next part is the engine and lots of detail and parts probably Thursday before I get back to building the M34. Verdict looks good lots of detail but fiddly and some parts to even clean up . hope you like it so far Ossie

Fiddly looks like an appropriate word indeed. Looks like there are a ton of pieces to make up just one component in the engine compartment.

Hi All carpet monster has been at work sadly lol. the engine has a lot of peaces and I be honest it won't get seen so decided to leave some of the top parts off. I am going to the tank museum at Bovington Thursday and will look at there M9 half track on display and see what you can actually and what I can get away not building . so today I built the engine block then lost some of the small parts , so this will be a slow build.m

Looking good!
Now I will point out a prime example of AFV Club over engineering - the PE brass plate on the transmission casing. Really? That could not have been molded in relief as part of that main piece?
