Does anyone know of a product or have a suggestion on the best way to take photos of the bottom of a finished aircraft? Typically, I either hold it in my hand, or prop it on paint jars. I am looking for an item specifically designed to hold it.
Thanks!

There are adjustable stands available on Amazon or any large model site. Never used one so have no recommendations. I am going to get my grandson to make me up one from Lego where I can add or remove sections for different sizes.

I just use some blocks of white shipping foam to place under the wings or nose of my builds in my Photo Booth. Things like stands can break off antenna wires, since they often support the fuselage area. The less stuff to clutter up the photo and divert attention from the subject, the better. That is more or less my plan for the lego stands. Gluing some foam on to one piece for the top sounds good though.

The foam is a good idea. I have a good amount on hand for use in dioramas. Thanks for the tip!
