You are right ..It some sort of KITE shape aircraft ,the only thing I can tell you about is they have tryed to raise fund to purchase an engine and did'nt so they end-up scraping it !!!

I haven't seen this one from you before so thanks for sharing it again here. Anyway nice work. I like the different media used in the build looks like it was a fun build.
