Amazing what a nice wash can do. I need to practice more weathering.

Wasn't looking forward to doing the UCP digital uniforms but figured I would give it a go. Base coated in light tan Then took my raggedy old stippling brush and dabbed on random spots and strips of Tamiya J.N. Grey which is sort of a greenish colur. Then over that I stippled on Tamiya RLM grey. Then I detail painted and fine tuned the concentrations of the stippled paint. Then a coat of tinted Future to give shadows and blend it all. Then flat coat to lighten it all and tone down the effects. Now, of course it isn't "digital" with a bunch of small squares but fron two feet away I fell it looks close enough and I am happy with them

I like how lived in you always make the subjects. Bags and whatnot in the interior, and excellent stowage on the exterior. Good stuff.

I like the stowage on the roof! Thanks. It breaks up the black and sand to add a little more variation.

I like the stowage on the roof! Thanks. It breaks up the black and sand to add a little more variation. It helps in placing the vehicle in context. It’s not just some chunk of machinery in a vehicle pool.

To vehicle crews it can be home for a prolonged period so you haul your stuff with you.

Excellent work on the digital camo! Those really scares me to death... Thanks! Like usual the pictures don't do it justice since they magnify everything. In real life it looks very good and very convincing.

Excellent scratch work with the cargo netting! The weathering on this is perfect I went into it with a very specific idea on what I wanted for weathering. Still need to dust the whole thing up a bit. Note the painted over side reflectors and indicator lights. I thought that was sort of a good idea.

It came out great! I love how the weathering brings the details out especially the wheels! Bet it felt good to scratch one off your shelf queens list...
