Man, great work on this hog. I do love the modern AC, but every time I open the box and get all excited to build it I see that decal sheet.... . It's a lot of work, but it looks so good when done.

33 below 0?! That’s colder than the center of Alaska right now… I’ll take my three months of heat and mild winters in the desert any day of the year…
Your Warthog turned out great! Gotta love the Flying Tigers! They were stationed at England AFB when I was nearby at Ft Polk and flew air support for us all the time. Many years later my son was assigned to the wing when he was stationed at Moody AFB.

Mike yes you do thanks
Joe thanks taking my time and being patient helped here
Dupes thanks, you need one of these
Carlos thanks I got the missile colors right this time
Every year about this time a big arctic air mass seems to find its way south and park over Montana for a week to ten days so this is pretty much par for the course. In two weeks it'll be back up in the thirties and then it'll start snowing...not alot, this being high desert. That's the way it usually goes anyway.
I'm still gonna hide indoors 'till it warms up to at least zero

-33 degrees?! Wow! I thought our -10 degrees this morning was bad. Great looking Charlie Hog! Crisp and clean, and the paint work is fantastic. Might have to get one of these kits if I can manage to make some room in my stash for one. I hear ya on the decals. I built Tamiya's F-4B recently and of course had to get after-market decals for it...I stopped counting decals at around 300. Took weeks to get it all decaled, but the end result was worth all the pain. I am definitely in agreement with Joe on building car models, getting the body paint right has been the bain of my existence so far!

Carlos that's one thing that you get good at if you live in this state. If not, one does not stick around long.
K, Leon thanks guys
E thanks and of course you can just move a few things around and a hole wil appear. I have one of those F-4B's in the stash as well; still waiting for a good reason to start it
It's getting warmer already, -24 at 0500 today. Small comfort as now the wind is picking up, according to NOAA Cut Bank, MT up on the high line is getting -65 wind chills as this is written

Only -33 degree? Yeah not that bad! Jeez I am grateful that I am visiting my parents in Florida right now. 😂🤣😂
Your A-10 really came out great especially the two toned camo which I haven’t seen before. I am so glad you built it because you have given us your confirmation that it is a very good kit!
Stay warm out there!

I was at -1 with a -15 windchill for most of the day.

Thanks Andy
The hardest part of the two tone was getting the curves in back of the cockpit to match

Another favorite a/c. Pit looks great. You need a "BBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRTTTTTTTTTTTTT" sound generator to put in this. Scare the cat.

Thanks blokes every time I look at this I can't believe it was me who built and painted this
Lyle I've always wanted to build up a large RC helicopter and mount a 6mm airsoft to it so I could fly it around the yard and strafe the neighbor's pain in the arse dog when it decides to take a dump on my lawn
