While my completed build count stands at a whopping 1 for this year, I’m still satisfied with what I’ve accomplished. Hey, it’s about the journey, right? This was the first year I really got serious about improving my skill set in the hobby. The main focus was on improving my painting skills. While there were many failures, there were a few successes too. I’ll count that as a win. Here’s a taste of my year in model building, starting with my only finished project. Revell Porsche Boxster. Here are some of my successes and failures in my quest for better paint jobs. Most still need rubbed out, one might be going into the drink if I can’t wet sand it out. You guys are going to be seeing a lot more of the bronze GTX very soon. Here’s to a great 2024!

Developing skills is both a rewarding and interesting part of the journey, before you know it you will be doing 1 a month and more. If that is what works for you. Build for yourself!

Looks like we're neck and neck for the year in a tie Jeremy. lol You may have only turned out the one in 2023 but what a build it was. Great to have you aboard brother and am looking forward to seeing what you do in 24 with all of those projects that you've got going on bro.

Journey before destination. The completed build looks great as do the body’s. Absolutely. I find the process much more rewarding than the completed build. Often the finish is a little anti-climactic. Thanks for your comments gentlemen! Great work on the Porsche and those bodies look nice too. Don’t sell yourself short!! Look forward to seeing some more of your work in 24 Thanks a lot Kyle! I'm pretty excited for the coming year at the bench. Ooh shiny. The Boxster looks great as do the test bodies. Thanks very much guys! Looks like we're neck and neck for the year in a tie Jeremy. lol You may have only turned out the one in 2023 but what a build it was. Glad to be a part of it all! You are well on your way with a few builds and the Boxster looks great! I look forward to seeing you work on them in the coming year! Thanks a lot! Appreciate all your comments! And I'm excited about next year. I've got way more plans than time, but I think it's gonna be a great year for modelling.
