Looks right at home in the chosen setting. The tree growing out of the engine deck is a nice touch as well...makes it feel like it's been sitting there for a good long while.

Thanks to all again. @ Gary: Before I started modelling and painting rusted tanks, I painted Warhammer minitures. These minitures were painted completely by hand with very fine brushes. The figures have a hight of more or less 5cm. So you need a very steady hand. Stunning rusting effects... Absolutely first class. I agree with the other guys, defiantly one of the best. Love the Warhammer too  my lad has painted a few for gaming but yours are works of art mate |

spud: That's the reason, why I changed to tank modells. This is much more realistic and the chipping and rust effects make a lot of fun. But I combine some techniques from the WH painting style with the rust painting. So you get good results because of layering colors.

Wow that is on nice rusty cat like the others have said it is perfect the base is not too overpowering either and for your 1st military subject your doing well i was in the same situation as you moving from WH to military models i still go back and have a dabble time to time!!! lol keep the awesome work coming mate
