NNL West, model car show Northern California Jan 20, 2024

I haven't been to NNL West since Covid, but it has always been a good time when I've gone in the past.

On the way up to Santa Clara, Art talked me into stopping at a museum.  The Woodland Auto display.  Lots of sprint cars, midgets and such.  So the first page is of the museum.

It was nice getting to put a face to someone from the internet. I haven't been to NNL West in probably 10 years, but I used to get to meet quite a few "local" car modelers I met on the various modelling fora of the time (mainly Scale Auto, Model Cars, and FSM).

  Right on Aaron. It is indeed good to see folks face to face from the internet. When I wen to the Nats last year in New Braunfels I met up with quite a few members from here. I didn't win in any category I entered in ....and I didn't care as I had a complete blast just hanging out with folks that I knew from MSC as well as talking with fellow modelers.
