Built by Egypt and used by Syria. Very effective if used properly as support artillery, not so much as anti tank.

Freaking cool! It is the first time I have seen one built. I have seen the box often but this blew me away! Now I really like it more!

That’s a good looking build! I can imagine servicing the howitzer must have been a bear with such limited surrounding deck space.

I really like your paint work on this one Paul. It's so cool to see you building these armor and ship subjects. I knew you built cars and the occasional ship but I never knew that you built armor too till you got here!!

Neat, something I've never even heard of. With the gun facing backwards it is a bit like a British Archer built on a T34. I assume this isn't a mainstream kit, so kit bash or resin conversion?

It is a Rye Field Models kit. They do T34s, Shermans, Pz IV through Tiger, Abrams and some others. They also do quite a few with full interiors. Very reasonable cost and very well detailed.

Thanks, that is a company I haven't run across. Looks like they have some interesting and unusual kits.

That is magnificent! I built one in 1/72 scale a couple decades ago. This far outshines mine!
