And why not? The ever inventive Krauts may have actually done something like this assuming they could get their hands on the paint. Visual appeal is up there fella I think it looks great

That paint job looks sweet. I imagine that technique would be also great for a whitewashed vehicle. I actually have a kit on the shelf that I will try this on. It will still need to have hairspray chipping done first and then most of it removed. This technique does not get into recessed areas very well. So my plan is to use hairspray chipping for the recessed areas and then stippling the rest of the whitewash on. This will really be nothing new. I believe in the past they called it mapping.
