So far so good. The difficulty level is a bit deceiving. Parts fit is not great, mold lines are tough to clean on some parts, and detail is very soft in some areas and needs scratch improvements if 100% accuracy is your thing. It feels like they had a great idea but rushed it to market without the necessary QA/QC. You’ll need to flex some modeling chops on this one for sure.   looking good! Very interested in that book too. |

Surprised that it is having some issues especially coming from Hobby Boss. But I think I still want to get that kit. LOL I know you will do great at the end!!!

Tracks are finished, finally. I suggest cleaning up all the links first, then assemble. Cleaning while you assemble takes so much more time. I used an insulin syringe to hollow out the holes that were covered with slag. I love the realistic heavy feel of these tracks. Now that I’ve hit this milestone, I’ll transition back to the Hetzer and wrap up weathering.  |

Hello friends. With the Hetzer all but finished and wrapping up my other 1/35 Tamiya kit, that I’m not doing a wip on, it’s time to wrap this one up too. All the components are assembled and ready for paint.   |
