I have the glider on my Shelf of Someday. Even in 1/72 (i think) it is a big rascal. It would seem to be a death sentence to be assigned to fly/ride in these.

I’m already iffy about a B1 Lancer in 1/48 because of the size. No way I could ever find a place to put this behemoth.

There aint no way....no WAY I would ever attempt something like that. No room, not enough time....notta!! It is an impressive model but I just wouldn't know where to put it.

Heh...I think that same company makes a 1:32 B-36. You'd almost need an actual aircraft hangar to keep that one in.

I jokingly told the wife last fall that I found my Christmas present. There is a Dora kit that is only 850 dollars. She said Merry Christmas. But, I didn't bite. Had I, it would have meant a diamond purchase was also in my future. I can't imagine what the extra administrative costs would be on this one. I do agree with you. Just too big, too expensive and to many opportunities to waste more money.

Holy cow! Do you think my wife will let me hang it in the bedroom right above our bed? A man and his wife were found deceased in their bed this morning. At this time it reported that they were crushed by a falling giant. Details at 11.

How did that thing ever get of the ground? ? And scary..... Talk about a flying target. Having said that I was about to order one, but then I remembered that I'm not buying any new kits this year

Most transports have no defensive systems. A single modern fighter doesn’t even have to close to gun range to make a kill, even if the transports are escorted.

Add radar and SAMs into the mix and things are much scarier today.

Ok, just like the latest huge Lancaster kit, this is nuts. I'm building my wife a curio cabinet so I can recover my space, but I'd never get this one to "fly" past the gate guard, not a chance, HA! Impressive, to say the least.
