Ok, just like the latest huge Lancaster kit, this is nuts. I'm building my wife a curio cabinet so I can recover my space, but I'd never get this one to "fly" past the gate guard, not a chance, HA! Impressive, to say the least. The gate guard!!! LOL!!! At just over $1700 there aint no way that a good number of "gate guards" would let that puppy into the "no fly" zone. lol

I built a 1/144 scale Great Wall Me323 D-1 for our Son-in-Law a ways back so I don't need to do it again.... ever. So I should be able to use that to my advantage telling my wife I saved a couple grand not buying this monstrosity when I blow money on this hobby or a guitar or one of our classic cars.... right??

You guy are hilairus, hawlarryus, hillywalrus, really funny. My hands, eyes and space available, oh and skill set would prohibit this. Should I get one, it would be a "rest of my lifetime" project. I would love to see some of our Master Builders tackle this one.

Models and guitars are similar, in this regard. You can easily hide a new one among the old ones (IF, you have enough!). Easily blown off with a "oh that one?...I've had that for years"!!!

Have to remember to turn off the doorbell camera before you bring it in though! Last week my wife was 2,000 miles away and after my covert trip to the hobby shop I instantly got a text saying "What did you buy this time?"

Normal phone call from the wife…”so what was in that box I saw you bring in on the ring?” 🤦🏻♂️😂
