I want one! I see it on their FB page, but oddly not on their main website.

Man to have the money and room for such beauties... Actually a 1/32 scale 109 doesn't take up a whole lot of space Carlos. Not like a Thunderbolt or something of the sort does. lol Just wait'll Jay ( tucohoward) sees this.

That one is a big beast of a fighter! But I could probably put three 1/48 109s in the same area of shelf that would take only a single 1/32 109. And those Kotare kits are not exactly bargain priced.

I’ve been waiting for a new 1/32 K-4 for a while so am very excited. I like the Hasegawa version very much and have built a couple and have a couple more in the works, but they do have some issues. They really need a lot of AM to be good and there are some shape issues. In the end the Kotare kit will probably cost less than what I typically put into a Hasegawa 109. I always use a resin cockpit, exhaust, prop and spinner, supercharger intake, radiator housing, and wheels and tires, plus brass barrels and gear legs, and AM belts of some kind. Plus I rivet it so it’s a lot of work. The Trumpeter K-4 I don’t really like. It’s closer to a G-10 but is an easy and cheaper build since there is not nearly the amount of AM available for it. I really like the late-war schemes so I am hoping Kotare will do versions of the G-10 as well. Not too much different from the K-4 so it would make sense and everything I said about the Hasegawa K-4 applies to their G-10 as well. Good times.

I was gifted a 1/32 Revell K-4 but I haven't summoned the will to even open the box. I saw this release coming out as well and it is on my radar for sure!
