HI ! Here another project I have done in the past ..The SILVER BUG was the original project propose to the US AIRFORCE in the late 1950' that start the AVROCAR project , in fact the AVRO VZ-9 AVROCAR was to test bed of propulsion system that would have been use for this project, so as you know it's as not work ! Man, too cool. I just had a look at the AVROCAR at the air force museum. What an optimistic design that was.

Gorgeous. The metal finish on the Silver Bug is perfect. I wonder if the FX guys from "The Thing" (John Carpenter's version) were inspired by the Silver Bug when they designed the alien's saucer?

At the moment I'm working on the VIPER ENGINE TEST site at AVRO CANADA plant..
