 I'll just bet you are glad to be done with that part of the build Mike. This is really an impressive kit in this scale with lots of detail goodies in the box. Man this is good.

I have a love hate relationship with running gear no matter the scale. Probably my least favorite part of the build yet still the most satisfying when complete.

I still can't get over the level of detail that's in this kit Mike. Hopefully it doesn't end in you not having any hair left but you're doing a great job on this one so far buddy.

Excellent progress! Back in the early 70's , my brother and me built troves of 1/72 scale armour, from ESCI and Hasegawa. But then the kits were 1.50 at the base stop and shop, along with 15 cent pactra enamels.😏

Nice looking figure. I like the damaged fender also. It's all looking really good. So? What exactly has got you near extracting hair follicles?

The pulling out my hair bit was half joking. But it is slow going with so much small detail.
Also I find some parts placement could be better defined in the instructions. Maybe that's just me though. I still love the kit, Vespid is really raising the bar in 1/72 scale.
The figure is an old Battlefield Miniatures 20mm metal wargaming half figure.

It is quite impressive. More detail then a lot of 1/35 kits. I have discovered that a bit of water or spit on the tip of a toothpick makes an excellent way to pick up and place small bits of p/e.

Back in the early 70s I was all into the 1/48 Bandai kits. There were some 1/72 Airfix kits around with those impossibly thick rubber bands tracks. 😭

This is a pretty neat touch, the bottom support plate for the rear bins.

Yes!!!! I had a couple Aurora kits and those terrible tracks from Airfix! 😏
