Yes, after a long hard fight, I can now declare this bird done! This is the 1/72 scale Revell British Airways Concorde SST. It's got 11 coats of white and clear on it. The nose had broken when this fell a few days back, so I glued it in the raised position, mostly because I like the way it looks that way: This beastie is nearly three feet long, so it was darn near impossible to photograph! These are the best I can do for now. Thank you all for looking in, comments are welcome!

Three feet long??!! And in 1/72 scale at that!! That really sucks to have a build like this (or any build for that matter) fall and have something break. Looks like you handled it all in good fashion with the repairs though Mark. Excellent build buddy.

Very nicely done Mark! Perhaps one day you can get a photo of this with your large British V-Bombers…

Thank you Silverado Joe! Yeah, it sucked indeed; and when looking at the parts I was tempted to just toss the whole thing. Then I got mad, thinking of all the work I'd put into it to that point and proceeded to rebuild it. This beastie got the message and went together until I could finally declare it done!
Thank you Carlos! I appreciate the compliments! Maybe someday but that would require quite a large table and space I currently don't have!
Thank you Lyle!

Thank you Carlos! I appreciate the compliments! Maybe someday but that would require quite a large table and space I currently don't have! I was thinking at some place like your Hobby Day or at IPMS you could stage such a photo... like you could do with your 1/72 space stuff...

Need to build 80 kits per year until I'm 100 to deplete my stash. Maybe I should sell a couple.

Can't say I've come across this kit many times before...even fewer built up. Nice work!

Carlos, that is a good idea. One major problem is the transportation. I've yet to come across a tub big enough to fit one of those V-bombers, much less three. The there's the need for a three-foot-long tub for the Concorde. To be honest, my truck is not that big either! Believe me, I would love to bring them all out to photograph! Thanks for posting my Space Shuttle too, I forgot how good that looks all set up.
Kyle, thank you!
Leon, thank you! It was a long hard fight!
Marc, thank you! Given the difficulty in building this monster; I'm not surprised.

Mark, I thought that I had a photo of your Saturn V as well, but it must be on Photobucket as a hostage...

Carlos, here's one from Orangecon some years back when it won a third: I still need to find a fifth Real Space rocket so I can have a set. I wish a 1/72 scale Saturn IB would be released; Dragon teased us with that announcement many many years ago.
