Grusse Jan
Glad to have you here on MSC and especially great to see you doing a rust bucket. I have followed that 'BIG' project of yours and think it is VERY cool. As for that Sherman, well I am afraid it has been around for some time. Not sure if anyone has done it yet, or may have been in a recent mag. Anyways, hats off to you for doing this tank, always found it looked very vibrant and tempting to do. Will foloow this build for sure.

Thanks guys! ;D So here is the hull with the first layer of primer added. There are still spots I don't like (WIP!!). Next will be the inside of the upper hull and the turret! Have fun! Jan

Just found out where I saw that dio. It was at the AMPS Int. show in Auburn Indiana. The model was built by Kim Taylor. A pic is in the Bosesight show review....just got it in the mail today.

Thanks for the very nice feedback guys! I have to study a lot at the time, so things are progressing slowly I'll begin the paintjob on the sherman tomorrow. Here is what I did the last days: The sand is WIP, it still needs more glue, paint, pigments and oils!!!

Thanks a lot guys! multicamThe "pattern" is only a test for the fit of my painting masks. I've ordered them from Miracle Masks! @scratchmod Thanks! I would like to hear your thoughts when I'm right into the rusting!! @stevem Thanks! It's 1/35 scale The figure is from Legend. But she is a little bit to small for the scale I'm not quite sure if I'll use her... would definitely by an eye-catcher LOL This is only the base for the now following pigments!! Cheers Jan
