I'm calling this done, unless I decide later that it isn't. I'm still undecided about the watch crown. I took some photo's of it with some of my collection. The top row is a Crapazoid I scratch built about 10 years ago and then a Ruby's toy that I converted to a black and white. The next row is my S&W midgrade and the 23rd century pistol kit In the middle is this build. The bottom is my The Wand Co and the DST toy. With the crap With the S&W With the Ruby's With tyhe 23rd century With the DST With The Wand Co

I know I said I was done, but with the reappearance of the "The Making of Star Trek" hero phaser to be auctioned at Julien's this fall (info here wrathofdhanprops.blogspot.com/) much more phaser information has become public. TMoST phaser has the blue watch jewel and has been screen matched in many episodes. It's there so it needs to be on my phaser. I have 2 blue, 1 yellow, and 1 green watch jewel. I have heard that one hero might have had a green rhinestone instead of a watch crown, but I have not seen any clear evidence. Blue it is. But now my meter graphic is wrong, grrrr. What to do....what to do....
