I got the engine done to the point it needs to be put into the chassis.









Then I primered and painted the rear chassis pieces.

Thanks Kyle.  Hopefully I'll be able to switch between the open wheels and this build without losing momentum.

Thanks James.  I never got to see this one race either.  



Since engine and chassis were ready, they got mated.  But first I had to install the coils since they wouldn't be accessible once the engine was in.

I've just became a member of the Social Club site, and as soon as I saw one of your MFH builds, especially a Porsche 936, I read it start to finish. As usual your craftsmanship is outstanding and a true joy to follow. The flat 6 cyl engine really is coming along quite nicely.

Just please get back to this build as soon as your open wheel build has crossed the finish line.

  From what I've seen from your builds Joel......they're anything but "Plain Jane".

You're certainly most kind. But nearly all of my builds are right out of the box with maybe a little enhancement here and there and Indy Cal decals. These days my goal is to get as close to a perfect OOB as possible. Never happened nor have come close yet, but I just keep on trying.
