Thanks Steve! This was the first time he’s shown any interest but he sure seemed like he had a good time. That’s all that matters to me. And if he never wants to do another one that’s ok too. We had a fun day of it. Seems that he also got to experience the wormhole that permanently swallows parts. He sent a tiny piece of Boba Fetts armor into orbit so he’s missing a piece but he got that finished up otherwise once he was home.

Good news too, my mom found the center armor piece so now Boba is 100%

Nice!  I see what you mean about this Academy F-14.  Builds are so much more fun when the manufacturer puts so much detail into them.  Really liking these new Academy kits.

Nice Tomcat Kyle! Bird looks great, ordinance looks great. I've always like the AIM-54A and kinda wish someone would be a large scale model of it.

Great finish. But....you might want to talk to the asphalt maintenance guy. Runway looks really rough

Man this is looking sweet Kyle!! You've captured the worn gray paint effect very well and the decaling is right up there with the paint. Looking forward very much to seeing the upcoming finishing shots  .......
