Bummer! I had some struggles with the Wolfpack kit in the canopy area, too. The linkage that holds them in the open position was difficult to get right.

I gave up on having the canopies open. And they don't fit right closed... just another issue in a series of issues. About ready to button her up and realized the canopies had prominent mold seams down the middle. Sanded and polished - no problem, been there done that. Then the Montex canopy masks bled... first time that ever happened. Then I had overspray painting the anti-glare panel which I had forgot to do earlier. It was so close to going in the bin but I just love the plane too much. An ugly T-38 is better than no T-38.

An ugly T-38 is better than no T-38. You got that right, John. I always wanted one for a personal plane,, but in addition to the money issue they don't like less than 10,000 feet of runway, stopping is a problem as there is only spoilers and brakes.

Sweet!! Sorry for the issues you had John. However it sure is a great looking plane and a cool one to have up on the shelf. I think Trainers are always fun.

Sorry for the issues John. They are not all contest worthy, but it still looks the part of a T-38

Sorry you had issues, but it looks nice!
I had lots of issues with my build 4 years ago, many fit issues. My canopy did not have the seam down the middle though.
You did it nice!

I think it looks great. The paint and decals are beautifully done. I really need to get one of these for my stash.
Thanks for sharing! -O

It looks really good never the less. I remember seeing these come and go all the time while I was in the AF. Cool little jets.
