Since I've been on a building hiatus for the last few months and with still some more time before I will be able to get back at it again I thought I would post up a build from a few years ago. My youngest son, now 23, wanted a 29 Ford hotrod built and I encouraged him to build it, but he really has little interest in it, so I whipped this up for him. Mostly OOB except for plug wires. The kit is very nice and has a ton of possibilities for customization. He wanted black with and old school look and red interior. It is painted MM gloss black with 2K clear and Tamiya red on the interior. The wide whites are painted as decals on that usually don't stay. Hope you all like it, he sure does.

Brandon that’s beautiful!!! I really like the Revell hot rod lineup. They’re really nice kits. You did a fantastic job on this one. Perfect old school hot rod look

Thanks guys. It really was a very enjoyable build. I would happily do another. I have a ton of spare parts and some old incomplete glue bombs of old "T's". I may build up a rat rod with those just for giggles.

Great job. I've yet to do one of these old school hotrods - but they do fit in the open wheel category 🤔
Really like the NMF variations and the red details on the hub caps.
