Gentlemen, Was curious if anyone has built this beast. I ordered it today. Can’t wait for it to arrive 😊

I've had one of these in the stash for a few years. Ordered it because there was such a good price on it at the time. Honestly, in this scale they could have done so much with the detail, but it's just not there. It'll probably be a good base though if you want to do a lot of scratch-building. That's what I'm planning on doing with mine when I get my scratch-building skills sharpened up a little more on smaller projects.

I found this… Harrier
and this Harrier+
not much out there on these. I looked at large scale modeler as well and nothing there. Wonder how many of these kits are collecting dust somewhere? Should be an interesting build given no one else is doing them!

I found some help in there myself. I was debating how to score the wings and change the angle but was having problems finding a good pic to show the kink in the wings. The Harrier one had a great set on how they did it. Going to use some of that on my 1/32 version I’m building.

Hello my friends! I’ve had two items arrive at the house this past week. Unfortunately, the kit has not arrived yet. I purchased it off of Amazon, At what I thought was a very reasonable price. The more I look at pictures of this on the Internet the more excited I get to start building it. For a size comparison, I’ve got one of the Harrier wheels next too a 1/35th scale CH-54 wheel. I’ve purchased several other photo edge Fretz of different screwheads to dress up the exterior of the Fuselage. Thanks a lot for having a look.

With adding the screw heads to the fuselage panels this is going to be epic!

Woof, woof, woof! With a kit this size there won't be any excuse not to add every bloomin brass tac, bell, or whistle. You're the man to make this happen, Chris. I have full faith and confidence this will be done to perfection and one heck of a museum piece ta boot! The scene, carrier deck, I imagine. And where did you find those figures, they're awesome! The detail on those figures makes me want to snag a set myself. That is, if I could get them past the gate guard. P.S. Please post the details on those figures, if you would. BOOKMARKED!

A 1/18 jet sounds huge! But at least the Harrier is one of the smaller jet fighters. Love waiting for that package to arrive. Well, not the waiting but the getting part!

Thank you sir, The figures are from Reedoak. By far, the best figures I’ve ever seen. A little bit on the pricey side, but well worth it as far as I’m concerned.. A friend of mine, Andre Del, turned me onto them. As far as I know, it’s all he ever buys,, and a lot of them.

It was like waiting for Christmas morning when I was a kid. The kit was inside another box. The outer box was covered with black plastic.

My goodness. That's Monogram B-17 huge, or a bit bigger. Very cool.

Excellent, let the games begin! Looks pretty nice from here, Chris. The figs are pricey, but very good quality from what I can see. I sure wish they had a few in 1/16th or 120mm.
