Friends, I just got through putting the final touches on this one. The first thing I’d like to say is if you have a chance to get one of these kits go for it. it was a fun build, a very well designed. I’ll start with the running gear, and work my way up. The first task at hand was to make the road wheels looked damaged. I took round grinding bit in my Dremel tool and took small chunks out of the edges of the road wheels with the surprising effect. The kit comes with one figure. I added a gunner and driver from classy models. Are used several colors of Tamia wash to get the desired effect of rain, stains, oil, and grit stains. All of the gear that you see is from value gear. Always presently surprised with their products. The groundwork is foam board that has been cut with the heat wire, and covered with sanded, grout. When the sanded, grout dried, I was able to paint the base a dark earth after that I added grass in bushes. This kit was given to me by my very close friend the mongoose. He knew how bad I wanted it at a raffle that we were attending at our local invitational. All of a sudden, one day I get a text message to let me know it’s coming on the way. I was blown away. If you have a chance to get this kit, get it I promise you will not regret it.

Every day I get on here I am blown away by the talent. Incredibly nice build. So many great details it’s impossible to take them all in. Love the base too. Truly great work all around!

Just wow! I think you nailed it! Everything looks very realistic especially your work on the crew jackets and stowage!

Incredible work and details. The whole piece is spectacular, but those figures are over the top.

Most excellent work! I might add one critique that in such large scale, a few small items such as the packs and tie down strap buckles & tips, and zipper tabs might look better if painted. Those were usually made from blackened brass. Thanks for the feedback buddy. That can easily be fixed!
