Here we have the many times released Monogram '56 Chevy Paint is Tamiya Champagne Gold, covered in Clear Red, Metallic Black. Then taped off the body and painted the trim with Mica Silver. Then cleared the whole thing.
I know the kits short comings and how so many hate on it... but I love it.

I've built this kit a couple of times and know all too well the pitfalls of the kit but have to agree with you on the fact that they are still fun to build. You did a great job on this and kudos out to you on pulling off that two tone paint job Jeremy.

SWEET!
I have one of these that I was going to convert into the '56 210 4 door hardtop that I owned way back in the day but I found that the Revell Del Ray kit was closer. The Del Ray has the right roof line and trim so all I need to do is remove the posts and rescribe the doors.
Seeing this I may just build this kit up as a barn find someday.
