Airfix 1/43 McLaren 765LT

This was just a small side project that I finished last night and had a lot of fun with, despite its small size.

Painted in Zero Paints Mango Hell Green base coat with Zero's Kawasaki Candy Lime Green over the top. SMS 2k clear rounds it off.

Looking at the photos, I definitely need to sand down and polish the hood. There are pits present that were previously not seen until right now that I won't be able to leave alone.

That is an awesome green. Nothing like driving a Mclaren that screams LOOK AT ME!!. Great work, that is very cool.

Thank you all for the kind feedback. I've still got to polish out the hood yet, but that's gone on hold while I build my next project. Yes, I know, another build. "You've already got 4 on the go - just finish at least one that you've started already!!" I hear you say.
Well, the Hyuga has been put temporary on hold until I can muster up the mental energy to fix the fu...screw up I made on the hull panelling.
I needed another break from the mononity of threading fibers into the star destroyer but I'll go back to it once I'm done with my current build.
I can't even bring myself to look at the N1 without suddenly feeling immense hatred towards masking tape.
And yes, there are lots of needless excuses there seeing as no one actually asked.
So then, I shall see you all around the boards tooddle pip

I just cannot believe that I missed this lil' beauty (madhatter) Simon!!  Exceptional work and I LOVE the color! A small side project he says.......that would've taken me three dang months to build!!!
