Here we go. This is the first kit I'm posting since my return to these so fine forums. It is the Bandai 1/24 P-51D Mustang. It was given to me by a friend several years back. Thanks, Keith! The kit itself was actually pretty good. I have read about various inaccuracies, especially in some of the proportions and such, but in the end it does resemble a Mustang. I kept the interior of the cockpit pretty basic and only used what was provided in the kit. I added the kit pilot figure since I built it gear up... it will be a ceiling hanger. Overall it was a fun project and inaccuracies aside I am quite pleased with the results. No my best work, but for a ceiling hanger, I think it will work nicely. p.s. Sorry about the photo quality- this one was a bit large to fit in my booth...

I like the mottled od paint work! If you have some wip or final product pictures it would be wonderful to see them.

That point aside, you did a great job on this one despite the inaccuracies that you spoke of. Looking forward to seeing what you'll be bringing us next buddy.
