Cool subject. Not the prettiest aircraft in the sky's but one we'll be seeing a lot of over the next good few decades.

What I'm seeing here looks really good to me Rod. Especially all of those goodies.

Oh boy - PE and details in 1/72. The F-35 is growing on me. I saw an F-35A fly out of Luke AFB yesterday while out and about.

Not my most favorite aircraft either but I know you’re going to do some fantastic work with it. Looking forward to watching your build!

Here are the "cleaned" pieces of resin: by Rodolfo Masti, on Flickr I think the colors given in the Eduard instructions for the cockpit and ejection seat are correct, what do you think? by Rodolfo Masti, on Flickr by Rodolfo Masti, on Flickr

This is already light years ahead of the Academy kit in my stash. Very impressive pieces for this one. Looking forward to seeing this.

Not my most favorite aircraft either I used to think that. But see them often enough and they tend to grow on you. They sound more powerful than a F-16 by quite a bit. I live near Luke AFB so I have them fly right over my house most days of the week… Rod, I’m looking forward to seeing what you do on this project.

That's looking quite nice... and in 1/72! Ya I live near Stik and see them quite a bit. On occasion I have to drive up to Sun City on the 303 which goes right past the end of the runway. I'm always craning my neck watching them and F-16s take off. They do grow on you.

And this is all in 1/72nd scale?! I'd be going completely loco trying to pull these kinds of results off in this scale! Excellent progress on this one Rod.

Need to build 80 kits per year until I'm 100 to deplete my stash. Maybe I should sell a couple.

Moving right along. I'm assuming this all goes together with almost magical precision like all of the newer Tamiya kits?
