This is the Academy (ex Acc Min) F3F-2. It's being done as the 1942 Navy Trainer for Carrier Landings before the carrier training was done off the USS Sable and USS Wolverine in the Lake Michigan in 1943.

Super cool!! How is the kit, if I may ask? I picked it up earlier this year in AM boxing because I thought it looked cool but this is the first I’ve been able to follow a build. Yours is looking awesome!!

Wow great progress. Coming along nicely. I had the AM boxing of this kit, but my fear of bi-planes forced me to sell it. Sure like the looks of this bird.
