OK, I had enough of the Tornado I started to build. It is bloody unbuildable due to deformed and misaligned parts. I am really and also cut myself in the process of trimming and then the glue went into the cut which stings like . I need a drink and a hug and a cry .
I went to Revel's website and sent them a feedback asking if it is possible to either have a new kit of the same airplane or a different kit of similar price. Does anybody have any experience with them? I bought it from Hopbbylink, and contacted them too for a return or exchange. Does anybody have any experience with these two re return or exchange? Same kit or different kit of similar price?
Thanks...

That kit is a Revell Germany issue so you will need to deal with them. I have no personal experience but have heard of people getting parts through warranty but never a whole kit or other choice. It seems to take months though. There is a specific warranty form ( www.revell-service.de/en/spare-parts-service/ ) they say to use but...

It's been ten years now since I dealt with them the last time (their department "X"), but I always received what I asked for without charges. Be it replacements for broken parts or modifications, decal sheets or even a rubber sealing for the former master air brush compressor. I'm in Germany, though, so things might be different for people from far away countries. The kit instructions should read the modalities on one of the pages.
