My dad bought me a lot of kits way back when... showed me the basic skills..  but wouldn't get me those monster kits my friend's had why he said they would give me nightmare's.

Thank you, John and Joe, it is an Aurora kit I have stockpiled a few of these new type from Moebius with some warpage lol like those Aurora kits of old.

I worked on a creature from blk lagoon for months after it was done it looked like that dancing frog in a WB cartoon.

Very cool! You brought back a kit to my memory I hadn't thought about forever. It was an MPC kit I built when I was probably 8 years old. I remember getting the moving parts to work correctly with the rubber bands attached.

Super cool stuff gents. These old monster kits always look like such a fun time. Love that forgotten prisoner kit. Sometime in high school I read Poe’s The Cask of Amontillado and since then I’ve always imagined the forgotten prisoner is the unfortunate Fortunato after being unwalled. Lol

If you're a Poe fan (I am) you have to watch the recent miniseries on Netflix "The Fall Of The House Of Usher". Awesome show with tons of other Poe references.

This is a copy of the Bilikin mummy cast in dental stone. I didn't do the casting, but it was the only way I thought I would ever get one. It got broken a year or so ago and I've been doing some repairs and still need to paint the 'new' wrappings. Enjoy your Halloween!

G'day Gam! You should post a pic of the girl coming out of the tv here. You did such an awesome job with that. It gave me the creeps, it was so well done. Halloween might be over, but I reckon folks would appreciate seeing it.
