Dang, Gil. That's hot! Your car finishes have all been stellar. Would love to see a lineup of your collection.
I did this kit fairly recently, was surprised how trouble-free it went together.

Thanks Dupes, I was pleasantly surprised as well, and was really impressed with the molded detail in this kit. All it needs is some careful detail painting to bring it to life. Only thing I didn't like was tha lack of attachment points on some of the parts, and the way the hood fits. I think mine is a little warped.

This is indeed a great turnout Gil. I can't get over the level of detail that this old kit has and then again on the way that you brought all of them out and then some. The work that you pulled off with that black interior very well pulled off with all of the different lusters to add interest. Stance is just right too (something that most model car manufacturers still don't have figured out) and I know it took some tweaking to get right. Thank you for sharing this one with us Gil. Great show man.

Haha...by "fairly recently", I mean like within the last three or four years? Let me look back in my phone pics, I'm sure I have some on here somewhere.

Sure enough, September of 2020 (yes, my phone is way old). Don't mean to hijack your thread, Gil. Yours looks way better with all of the mods anyway...mine is as out-of-box as out-of-box gets!

Marc, nice example there as well, and with your own twist. Also, it is an example of what I mentioned regarding the rear ride height. Your example used the "stock" option for the rear and I opted for the "custom" option which raises it up a bit.
