I think that might be self-selecting group there Mark.
I've used this site multiple times and have never had an issue with any aspect of the order ( all be it I've never ordered Faber-Castell pens from them)

Carlos, Mark, thanks for you input- and i amsorry to hear your experiences haven't been positive.  Can only speak for my own experiences - which over the last 2 years or so have all been positive.I haven't had to go down the customer service route so can't comment on that . oh well- I've just tempted fate there haven't I ?
