Hi all MiniArt have updated their Telegraph Poles kit. Kit# 35541a includes an extra four sprues/28 parts from one of their other kits ( the Metal Telegraph Poles set). In total,compared to the out of production kit# 35541, the new kit includes 124 parts over eight sprues. Four of these sprues Four of these sprues Smudge

Nice and interesting set, I particularly like the lamp Allsorts of uses really. Great for dio builders. Smudge

Nice and interesting set, I particularly like the lamp Allsorts of uses really. Great for dio builders. Smudge Definitely. The only real problem I've always had with telegraph poles are the wires. I really cannot sort out how to make them stay realistically apart from depicting them broken.

Simples; space the poles accordingly but make sure the outer ones aren't too far from the base's edges. Use a single piece of slender but rigid wire running from one side to the other extending until the base finishes. If you have a large space at the side it will sag so just make sure the protruding ends are short.

If you have a large space at the side it will sag so just make sure the protruding ends are short. That's exactly the problem I find. I was hoping there was a solution other than the one you said. Nonetheless telegraph poles add something to a diorama, IMHO.
