Good work on what if I remember rightly is an okay kit -apart from the tracks which I remember being very stiff-did you replace the kit tracks?

No, I didn't. Those are the original rubber tracks. But you are right. Those were stiff a little bit. I had to place in a jig for one week to get this shape and fit nicely on the wheels.
