Very kind chaps, thank you Bit of an update. Most of the engine assembled and installed along with rear brake, battery and some other small bits. Also added are a number of small decals replicating various warning stickers. Being the anniversary kit you get a choice of no less than three exhaust systems, stock, Yoshimura Performance or Takegawa Performance. I opted for the latter as I really like the look of the semi spiral downpipe with springs to simulate it being in two parts. Bit of tidying to do as usual, fairly pleased with progress as most of this has been achieved in poor light, on my lap! Appreciate your company...

Quick comment re previous pics posted. As you can see it now has a stand, its taken this long to get the stand on it because it attaches to the footrest hanger which in turn is bolted to the base of the engine... An odd setup and a bit iffy in my opinion!

This is coming along very nicely Mence. What did you use on the exhaust to get it that shiny?

Hi guys. Firstly an apology for not posting, things at home have been hectic to say the least. Secondly, thank you for the kind words of encouragement. Dicky, thanks buddy. In hindsight I should have opted for the Yoshi exhaust system. I will now keep that back for the Gorilla. Robmeister, no special skills used here, the exhaust is chrome plated so its a simple case of carefully gluing together! Boots, like to say I have overnight become the expert at Alclad but I haven't used any yet! Going to need to on the 1/12 Lambo MC, very kind fella, thank you! To show willing, here's the latest. Not much to show because of time constraints but it now has a side panel and a fuel system. The carb is an option provided in the kit and is a 20mm one with alloy intake trumpet. I like it, compliments the exhaust nicely. Once again, many thanks for sticking with me on this...

Tank decals added along with cap, tap and badges. Badges painted with enamels as it dries slower and easily allows excess paint to be removed. Decals aren't as good as I hoped but as spares are pretty much impossible to obtain I will stick with them.
