Nice sprue shots CB she is a monster nice idea about hanging it from a lamp holder the only snag is i think it might cast a hugggggggge shadow over the table and shed no light on our models below!!!!!! lol keep going buddy Dan B

WOW! I knew this was a big kit, but didn't realize it was that big. Been thinking what it was like for my dad to fly in this wingy.

Robbo, either that,or I ask me mate to put it in his automotive spray booth, and I hit it with a full size airgun!!! Grahame, yer right there mate, the mouldings look good, and seem well detailed for the time. And the 3 kit route is how i'll be going mate, don't worry! :)Might have to look for some AM decs tho!!! Young Thadeus....you're not far wrong...I took those on me patio table..had to stand on the chair!!!! Hey Boss..thanks for looking in ...My modelling room ain't big enough for both of us,so we came to an agreement...It's gonna build itself!!...bound to get finished then Dan B....I'll bring it in kit form, like me Spit!! Steve....she IS a big bird....be real good to get your Dads feelings on this, when she's built.. ;D

After market decals maybe a problem Chris! There weren`t that many sheets when the kit was new! Its big but its a plain plane...... Books to hunt out are by Squardon Signal, Detail and Scale and Schiffer.

Chris, I was talking to my Dad over the weekend, and was telling him about this build. I completely had forgotten, that when I was a young lad, he had built this kit. He is going to try and find the pictures, so I can post them here. I will be sharing this build with him.

Cheers fellas for keeping up with me....I di get a little bench time in,and came up with this....totally out of sequence to the build...but what the heck.... Port wing, with a comparison with a 1/72 P51D I kicked off as well.. Needs a bit of fettling, and a bit of correction fluid in the leading edge of the wing, but not too bad for an old kit! Thats all folks!..ACW...as per the norm!
