Found me an old built model of a U-boot that I will use to try out and review new products. The model is covered in cob webs that need to get washed of, a coat of primer then some gray paint. I'll be doing mostly weathering on this one. I still have images of the Sub close to where I live which will be great for rust streak ref.
Stay tuned.

LOL ER, no I had picked this one up from the club and never brought it in from the car until last week. She is caked with dust so a good washing is in order.

Guess I'm very late to this one....I built this exact same sub years ago, but with a red keel not black. too long ago to remember many details.
Don't know why maybe it was a different ocean? hahah

Had forgotten about this one. I was waiting for the AK ship weathering and paint products. BUT, this model has a thick coat of paint on it, enamels painted with a brush, so I won't be redoing this one. Instead I'll do the Arizona kit from Revell. Whenever I get around to it..lol
47, 43 all the same..lol.
