Is Tamiya clear the same as Tamiya flat?

No stupid questions...only stupid answers....err, sometimes ;D XF 86 is Flat Clear ...X-22 is just clear....a bit more sheen to it...from what I have found. Light coat of 22 is not very shiny....is this for a top coat or intermediate?  |
