Right here are some more! In June of this year my local club Shepway Military Modelling Society had a show and as part of comp we had a members only "Retro build" comp. The rules were simple - kit had to be produced before 1980 (later production runs were permitted as long as there were no modifications). No "modern techniques" so filters modulation etc were out! Oils, enamels, acrylics and washes (self made) were in! No modifications or scratch building permitted! this sad old queen of the desert was my entry. The Sherman is the Tasca 35-014 British Army Sherman II Direct Vision type (El Alamein 1942).
I really must finish it one day!
