Boots, great isn't it ? Dicky, I did the old trick, using tissue and thinned wood glue. Stevem, thanks mate ! Thank you all by the way ! Spray time ! Basic paint work but fun. Tomorrow I will add yellow to the Steib. Best regards ! AG.

Thanks Rob, I have redone the seat, there was still to much profile in it, compared with the reference pic showing the damaged red leather seat.
No big deal, tomorrow I continue the coloring.
Best regards ! AG.

After a busy weekend without modelling time and only two hours on Monday I have done some more painting on the Steib. I've added more color and metal to it and also a wash of Raw umber oil paint was applied. Then the first rustifabriculation with AK Track rust and Light rust was done too. Today more rust&dust effects with pigments are planned. I hope it works. Best regards ! AG.

Stevem thanks, I liked the colors on my reference photos immediately so I gave it a try. Luigi thanks, I think I can call this part practically done now, today I have weathered it some more. And I think I made it more balanced by changing the yellow square into a stripe. It's tiny Rob, and fragile too, I really have to concentrate to not do stoopid things and break something... Hey Wout, thanks mate, it wasn't that hard to add the extra detail. ER, thanks fella, glad you like it ! Dicky, thank you too, this is all so encouraging, tomorrow I'll slap on the mud guard and the wheel. This is what I also did today, I used an old pic to illustrate : Best regards ! AG.

Luigi, I loved the colors of the Steib on the reference pic on the spot. Also the 'colorful' black showing much tonal difference was something I had to try to achieve too.
Shellback, thanks for dropping in and the rust is coming up shortly.
T, no problem at all my good friend, I believe we all deal with the same issue, we have to choose between active modelling and reading/admiring threads on the forum ! This gives me a hard time too as I prefer to check it ALL ! I'm glad you like it and be sure I can use the positive vibes at the moment, this thing is a challenge ! The stripe looks much better I totally agree.
ER, I'm afraid the Palm is in me, as Palm is a great Belgian beer too LOL !
Dogfish, thanks mate !
Gary, You're welcome !

If it hadn't been on the palm of your hand it would have seemed much bigger. And this, IMHO, shows you nailed the colours and their shades.

Thanks guys !
Only one hour ago my Zündapp headlight fell of its toothpick, no problem as I have a very clean room with almost no stuff on the floor...I saw it dropping, I heard tick tick tick so it couldn't get away far at all...I can't find the friggin' part anymore !!! So this means scratching and it won't be easy ! Best regards friends ! AG
