Hi Ladies & Gents, After a bit of a break, (work, more work, sleep then beer!) I managed to get this one done... A couple of nervous-looking FJ's entitled: "Just fire the Thing!". Not what's on the baseplate but this is a family forum More pics on my blog if you're interested.... All the best, Gary

Well done Gary, it really tells the story. Good painting, good posing, they interact together really well. Plus you have some nice touches, the bandaged hand, the soles of the boots and the way you have modelled the hands so as they look as though they are really carrying the gear & weapons. Thank you for sharing this lovely piece with us. Dennis

Thanks Guys! I would have been on earlier, but the Wife keeps finding me jobs to do! I swear blind that woman has built-in radar for when my arse gets within two feet of a chair! One thing I'm not happy about with this is the shine on the figs. I know the piece itself is dead flat, so it's got to be the photos. Can anyone point me in the direction of a how-to regarding using diffused light to take the pics? All the best, Guys, Gary.

WOO-HOO! Just won the HF Autumn Figure Contest with this one! First time I ever won anything in nearly 50 years! Just wish I could do the same at the bookies or the lottery! Gary.
