I want to announce that the Central Connecticut Scale Modelers Club will be holding a Hands On Scale Modeling Seminar on March 2nd, 2013.

I wish I could come to this, but I don't think that I could convince my parents to drive me to the USA for it LOL.
It looks really fun though - would there be any way for me to get my hands on a copy of the mini kit being used for the seminar?

On a side note, I don't know of any clubs, shows, etc to do with modeling anywhere near Ottawa. Would anyone know of any?
