Hey Scott i used a sponge and brush but mostly a sponge, and as for the color its Vallejo German black brown ,and thanks its coming along I just did the wash on it yesterday and did some dry brushing and next streaking with ak interactive. hope that helps.

Vallejo must sell a lot of the German camo brown, is actually the best color for chipping. Need to get me a bottle at the next show.
