Nice to see an update Gary. I was beginning to worry that you got abducted by a pack of hot Amazon women........... John, i quit modeling for a couple days to wait for them to show up. I even packed my bags and made sure to have plenty-O-protection! They never showed....... Da%#it!!!! ;D Ian, Yeah there magic tracks buddy. I dont mind them at all really. There not a FUN part of the build, but neccessary i recon. Gary

I'm with Ron...the short-barrel StuGs have that "sleek/fastback" look to them that makes them more visually appealing than the later versions IMHO. Nice to see some progress Gary!

Hiya fellas, Your kind words are most welcome, Thanks gentlemen! Bill, i like the FastBack reference. Happens to be my favorite muscle car, 1967 mustang fast back. Got the other side done and need to start on the fenders. I think i will base coat the hull, paint the tires, and tracks. Ill assemble them and then cover and mask with press-n-seal and tamiya tape. Ill paint the underneth of the fenders as well. By bbd468 at 2012-09-07 By bbd468 at 2012-09-07 Thanks for looking fellas. Gary

Hello Gentlemen, Made great progress tonight. I have painted the lower hull sides, wheels and tires, under the fenders, and the tracks. The build itself is not quite finished but close. By bbd468 at 2012-09-10 By bbd468 at 2012-09-10 Oh those Dragon instructions!!!! In the early steps it called for holes to be drilled in the rear of the fenders so...i drilled them thinking tools would attatch there. Im on the last step and nowhere does it show what goes there. Thats what i get for not studying the instructions before drilling the holes! Now i have to add stowage there! ;D By bbd468 at 2012-09-10 Thanks for looking fellas. Gary
