a bit update: working on the turret this the right is Dragon and the left is the Old Tamiya issue both incorporated with academy interior. I do plan with the dragon with a minor weathering except for the Tammy. Cheers!!!

Nice and clean ER. I gave up on the interior since most hatches will be somewhat shut on mine. Looking forward to more of yours. oh yeah, I do have the Dragon Tiggy in the stash...lol

Boss, I would like to show the guys here in our chapter that we could also make better armors its a bold move, as you can see in the pictures that I posted last nationals the entries are more on exteriors details but very rarely show the interiors on modified category, some says I'm too ambitious and haven't prove anything. An old friend once told me its not about the winning that prove the person worth, its havin fun and enjoying what you do best.
Cheers!!!

Sound advice eh ER. I once built a KT with full scratch interior, except motor area, with thousands of parts. Couldn't see much of it in the end...BUT, I enjoyed it and had FUN. I'd say go for the interior, whether it's a so-so kit interior or resin. Main thing is to have fun, and do something different than the 'norm'.

You've hit on the key there ER and looks like you're having a lot of fun tricking out the interior on this one, keep it up!

An interesting project you've got going there, and excellent work on an older and somewhat problematic kit. Academy's funny that way, some of the stuff they offer is really pretty good but some is simply awful. Will be keeping track...
Regards, Mark

ER, you are a better man than me, with all the trimming, cutting and sanding I think I would have called it a day and just closed her up. She is coming along mighty nice! All that interior work is really going to pay off! keep it coming!

Bill still a lot of work to do its a challenge but sometimes its frustrating that's way its making me slow.
Mark I totally agree with you, but academy is release quite few for grabs especially the F-22 Raptor only the front wheel is molded to the strut ;D
MF hey I think I saw your blog on armorama or Panzerman? I'm also using as a guide, eventhough much of the part is different.
Cheers!! ER

Sorry If I miss this out guys Gary, Big G thanks again for checking Steve there's a lot of reference in the net and a lot more different from each other, I just have to use what available here locally which is the academy interior but it will need a lot modification to fit in the dragon kit. a visible huge Gap on both side that need to be fix. Cheers!!!
