So needing to get the Ball rolling again i saw this yesterday and just Got a massive urge to build a Tiger. and this one is perfect for me to try out the AK Dak color set not a lot done at the moment just the top of the hull glued on and the wheels preped for paint. Tomorrow ill finish off the bits for the back plate and any other bits needed then primer that lot and make a start on the turret,

WHOOOO!! Another Tiger build! Looking real good... smaller wheels may been harder to handle than typical 1:35 wheels?

It is die cast luigi That's a nice feature to give weight to the model, how was the fit between upper and lower hull? On the firefly wasn't that good...

Nice Spud. With all the Tigers going on we may have to change the name to Tiger Modelers Social Club.
How is the detail on the metal tub? On my Panther it was lacking to say the least. With the road wheels as they are not to big of a deal so may not be on a Tiger as well. Would be a real issue with a Pz IV and the like.

aha, the Norbert Tiger, isn't it? Always thought it was a cool one. Nice primercoat. Which basecoat are you going to spray? There are rumors that the Germans captured some stock of olive drab and painted some of the Tigers in the OD-ish color...Norbert would have been one of them. Or are you going for the yellow - or the two tone camo perhaps? plenty of options it seems ;D ;D Cheers
