Now we're cooking! I hear on the scratch stuff, I only did a little on the Dak Tiger and it does get addicting! And watching the Boss and Nemo only makes it worse! I think there's another guy named T.........NAAh wrong guy!  ;D |

Thankya kindly my friends! The Kit plastic log chains were just buggin' the crap out of me!  ;D Dicky, if Santa dont come through for ya on the Trumpy, ill send some of my old "associates" to....um...."Have a little Chat" with Mr. Kringle. ;D Well heres the Tarp roll for the ASU. I made it from gift bag tissue paper and dilluted white glue. Straps were made from Whiskas cat food lid. Airbrushed with Tamiya Brown, dessert yellow, and a wee hint of buff.  DSCF3151 by BBD468, on Flickr  DSCF3153 by BBD468, on Flickr Will Airbrush one last highlight before its done. Now on to tha SPIT!!! Gary |

Made enough time tonight to read through the entire 5 pages, besides the build you have quite a side line of fun going here too Gary!
Anyhow, I like that you took the bull by the horns and changed a few stowage items to suite your taste, and quite beneficial at that! You sure have a touch for creating convincing color on your tarps, straps, tools and stowage. Waiting to see how you do that on this vehicle.
The sign of a true modeler is in being able to find things in the uncanniest places (pun intended) that can later be used to render realistic items or parts on the model kit being worked on! Good going.
